Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the porncouch.com service collects from candidates and visitors, why, how long it is kept, who receives it and how you can control it. We collect only what we need to review applications, verify that every performer is an adult and organise castings and shoots.

Who is responsible for your data

Your personal data is controlled by the administrator of the porncouch.com service. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected]. We reply in the language you write in.

What data we collect

  • Contact data, the email address, WhatsApp number or Telegram username you apply with, and the confirmation code status
  • Optional profile data you choose to add, such as a stage name, city and country, the role you apply for, what you are open to, your limits, your availability, social media or fan platform links and a short note
  • Photos you upload with your application, which are optional
  • Identity and age verification data, a photo of your government ID and a selfie of you holding it
  • Casting and shoot data, your limits sheet, agreed rates, consent confirmations and, for partner scenes, confirmation that test results are valid
  • Payment data needed to pay you after a shoot
  • Technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you arrived from and the language of the site, used for security and to understand which pages help candidates

We never ask for your surname at the application step, and we do not ask for health information beyond what is needed to confirm that a partner scene can go ahead.

Why we use your data

  • To confirm your contact and send you messages about your application
  • To verify that you are 18 or older and that the ID belongs to you
  • To review your application and plan castings and shoots that match your limits
  • To keep age and identity records that productions are legally required to keep
  • To pay you for recorded scenes
  • To protect the service and candidates from fraud and misuse

Under the GDPR, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement and on the agreement itself, on our legal obligations for record keeping, on your consent for optional data such as photos and limits that may reveal sensitive information, and on our legitimate interest in security. You can withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing that happened before.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We share data only with categories of recipients that help us run the service, under agreements that require them to protect it:

  • A hosting provider that stores the service and its data
  • A private file storage provider for photos and identity documents
  • Email and messaging providers that deliver codes and messages
  • A payment provider used to pay performers
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers or accountants, when needed
  • Public authorities, when the law requires it

Application photos and identity documents are never published. Only the people who verify your identity and plan your casting can open them, through time-limited links.

How long we keep your data

  • Applications that do not lead to a shoot are kept until you delete them or until we no longer need them to review your application, then deleted
  • Unconfirmed contacts are deleted after a short period
  • Age and identity records for performers who appeared in a production are kept for as long as the law requires, locked and used for nothing else
  • Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires
  • Technical security logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted

How to delete your application

You can delete your application at any time from your panel with the Delete my application button. This removes your contact, photos, profile and limits from our candidate list. If you have already appeared in a production, the age and identity records that the law requires productions to keep, and payment records, stay locked and are not used for any other purpose. You can also ask for deletion by writing to [email protected] from the contact you applied with.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Your rights under US privacy laws

If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to access it, to correct it and to delete it, and you will not be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How to use your rights

Write to [email protected] from the contact you applied with, or sign in to your panel where you can see your data, upload your documents and delete your application yourself. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that nobody else can access or delete your data.

How we protect your data

Identity documents and photos are kept in private storage, encrypted in transit and opened only through time-limited links. Access is limited to the people who need it for verification and casting. Sign in to the panel uses a one-time code sent to your contact, without a password.

Cookies

The site uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as the session cookie that keeps you signed in, security tokens and your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies.

Adults only

The service is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Applications where age cannot be confirmed with certainty are rejected, and the data collected is deleted except where the law requires otherwise.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes are announced on this page.
