Terms of use

The service is intended only for people aged 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. By entering the site or applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Every candidate who is invited to a casting must pass an identity and age check with a valid government photo ID and a selfie. If age or identity cannot be confirmed with certainty, the application is not accepted.

• Applying, verification and castings are free of charge for candidates
• We never ask candidates for any payment, deposit or fee
• Applying does not oblige you to attend a casting or to record anything
• Attending a casting does not oblige you to agree to any scene
• You can withdraw and delete your application at any time from your panel

We do not offer travel, visas, housing or relocation. The location of a casting is confirmed in a written invitation sent to the contact you confirmed.

We review every application, but we do not guarantee that an application will be accepted, that a casting will take place or that any scene will be offered. Decisions depend on verification and on the productions being planned. We do not promise dates or response times.

Any scene is recorded only with your informed consent, given for that specific scene and confirmed again on the day of the shoot. Your limits are agreed in writing before recording, and only you can change them. You may stop or refuse at any moment, for any reason, without penalty. Scenes with partners require recent test results for everyone in them. The specific terms of each scene, including the agreed rate, are set out in a separate written agreement that you sign only if you choose to.

Performers are paid for each recorded scene after the shoot, at the rate agreed in writing before they agreed to the scene. Rates depend on the scene type and are not published on the site.

You are responsible for providing a contact that belongs to you and for keeping access to it. Do not share the codes we send. Information you provide must be true and must concern you. Photos you upload must show you, and you must have the right to share them.

When using the service you must not:

• Apply on behalf of another person or use someone else's identity or documents
• Upload images of anyone other than yourself
• Upload unlawful content of any kind
• Attempt to access other people's data or interfere with the service
• Use the service to recruit, solicit or contact candidates for any other purpose
• Use our name to ask anyone for money

We may reject or remove applications and block access when these rules are broken, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

The guides and information on the site describe our process and common industry practice in general terms. They are not legal, medical or financial advice. Texts and graphics on the site belong to the service and may not be copied without permission.

How we handle your personal data, including identity documents and photos, is described in the privacy policy.

We provide the website and panel with care, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
